The Swiss-African Business Circle will be organizing a consolidated Swiss presence at the third edition of the IATF which takes place in Cairo, Egypt from 21-27 November 2023. This presence will include three side events dedicated to the three SABC priority sectors healthcare, infrastructure and agribusiness and a Swiss ‘meeting point’ stand. The State Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO also plans to participate in the IATF.

The Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF) is the largest and most important pan-African event dedicated to intra-African trade that supports the implementation of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). It is organized by Afreximbank in collaboration with the African Union and AfCFTA Secretariat, marking an important step to sustainably addressing the gap in trade and market information for the successful realization of the AfCFTA objectives.
